I really do and I pride myself in have a variety of brightly colored goldfish that are very large. I was sad this year when we lost big mama. My largest white and orange female. She was 5 yrs old one of my oldest pond fish. Now it is fall and as the water cools they will settle into hybernation and when that happens and the pond freezes over I will not see my fish until spring thaw. Then I will do a count and hope they all made it thru the winter. There is a couple cat fish in there too. It is always fun to see just how much they grow every year. As bottom dwellers they are rarely seen other then feeding time.

This first pic' is of big mama just before she passed away. She is the fish at the bottom of the pic', females are shorter in length but longer verticaly then males, looking down she does not look so large but she was. | |
