That darn black cow her name is Girl, she is a character and went thru the fence this morning. I slept in and did not get the hay out early enough so she went to help herself out in the hay barn. Not so bad, I put hay in her feeder fixed the fence and put her back in the front pasture with her buddy the gray cow. Apparently that was not good enough she bust right back thru the same spot again, this time bringing gray cow along. I was worried once she figured out she could push the vinyl fencing apart to get out, there would be no keeping her in. So we had no choice but to move the cows to live with the horses until we can make other arrangements for the front pasture (some good electric fencing). The cows are hiding up on the hill not sure about joining the horses yet. The horses don't really care about the cows much they are busy eating hay. If the cows come out of hiding I will take some pictures. As you can see now hunger won over and they have come to realize the horses are not so scary as they have come down from the hill to eat breakfast this morning.
